We are seeking a talented and experienced Operations Manager, who will play a critical role in supporting our day-to-day operations and oversee the planning and execution of events.Key Responsibilities:● Collaborate to develop, implement and run key systems and processes in relation to protocols, personnel, and back-office support● Various administrative duties to assist with team communication and efficiencies● Drive project management through software utilization, communication with key stakeholders, with a focus on moving projects and goals forward● Manage day to day operations and assist in leading onsite personnel● Database management● Collaborate and support the development and implementation of customer care processes and communication● Collaborate with handling customer inquiries, reporting and KPI tracking2. Event Planning and Management:● Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including corporate retreats, large scale outdoor adventure events, one day events, hunts, and group bookings● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and partners● Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to achieve favorable terms and pricing● Work closely with clients and event coordinators to understand their requirements and preferences● Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, entertainment, and technical support● Oversee event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective event execution● Provide on-site event management and supervision to ensure seamless operations● Evaluate the success of events and identify areas for improvement
